Winter, the coldest season of the year. With winter arrives the hot chocolate, cookies, blanket and jacket. Many people would love to hibernate, but we cannot stop, exercises is not only for the summer.
With the low temperature we could get a cold or a flu and exercises avoid this ills. Also, exercises in the winter improve the sleep and the hunger.
Precautions before exercises in the winter:
a) Use light clothes and a pullover and never impermeable clothes;
b) Drink lots of water;
c) Warm and stretch.
