Suggested Diet



The diet that, although we have never tried, our blog reccomend for our readers is the "fast diet". This is a diet without sufferings, because you mix carbohydrate, proteins and fat in all meals, but you have to do exercises too. In this diet you have to eat in a proportion: For each nine grams of carbohydrate you eat 7 grams of proteins and one and a half gram of fat, but you cannot exaggerate and you can loose two kilograms in a week.
